Returns Policy |
| |
When your order arrives at your door please check that everything is as ordered on the invoice. Please ensure that none of the products have been damaged. Damage Claims have to be filed with the respective shipper.
If you are returning an item please contact us prior to sending for a RAN # - Return Authorization Number. We will Not accept any returns without this number. To receive an RAN # you must email us or contact by phone and we will be happy to take care of you. All Returns must be filed within 15 days of original purchase
There will be a 20% restocking fee for return of non-defective items.

Shipping Information |

All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs of your online order. Our warehouse is fully stocked and ready to fulfill your order. Orders will be shipped wrapped in brown paper or black shrink wrap and will be shipped to your door fully insured.
We ship several times daily through Canada post aswell as Sundays. We ship 7 days a week

Or any other courier you would prefer, we can arrange it. Costs may be higher for other couriors
In the event of a back ordered item we will have it sent out as soon as it's available to us. We will send you an email in the situation of a shortage.
