      1. Q. Who do you use to ship out an online order with?

      Answer: We use Canada Post. They are the fastest. They are fully insured. They never lose parcels. They also have the fairest prices. We have used UPS, Fed EX, Purolator, and Greyhound and by far Canada Post was the best. All our parcels are fully insured.

       

      2. Q. Are your shipments insured?

      Answer: YES. All parcels are fully insured. If there is any problems we will just reship your item and we deal with the shipping company, not you, so you simply get your product hassle free.

       

      3.  Q. What do your parcels look like when they arrive?

      Answer: All of our parcels are wrapped in Brown Paper or Black shrink wrap. We package our parcels with the utmost safety and security as we ship thousands of parcels every year and we know how the mail system works. It is our duty to make sure your parcel arrives in one piece, safe and sound.

       

      4. Do you guys have local pick up?

      Answer: Yes, we do offer local pick up at our Winnipeg warehouse. You will be required to schedule a pick up with one of our hydroponic gurus by either phone 1-877-226-4769 or by email at info@canadianwholesalehydroponics.com.

       

      5. Do you offer combined Shipping Discounts?

      Answer: YES. If you add up your order in our cart and shipping seems high just email us or call and we can work something out based on your location and items. Shipping is calculated by weight per item but sometimes we can squeeze it down for you so please email us anytime.

       

      6. What happens if my order comes and I am not home?

      Answer: No Problem! Your order will be held at your local post office for you to pick up at your convenience. No signature is required.

       

      7. What happens if my parcel got lost?

      Answer: This happens so rarely that for every 2000 parcels we ship we may have one get lost. If it does happen we will resend the product and we deal with Canada Post after that as your parcel is insured but you have no wait for a claim to get finalized. We resend it out to save you any hassles.

       

      8. How long does it take to ship out an order?

      Answer: Usually orders will go out within 2 business days of the order being placed. Sometimes products are on back-order but in this case, we will contact you right away and clarify when the product will be in stock. *** If you have not received any shipment confirmation or believe your order has been delayed or lost, please contact us immediately by phone or email so we can prioritize your order. 

       

      9. I want to order a bulb but I am scared it will get damaged in the mail. What happens if this occurs?

      Answer: We ship 1000's of bulbs every year and never had any get damaged yet. We package them VERY WELL and they will arrive safely. In the absolute worst case scenario something did happen we will just send you a brand new bulb and deal with Canada Post later but you will not wait at all as we will cover it.

       

      10. Do you ship to PO BOXES?

      Answer: YES we do. We can ship to any PO BOX in Canada.

       

      11.  Do you ship to anyone, anywhere in Canada?

      Answer: Yes we do! We can ship to anybody anywhere in Canada. Any PO Box or street address. There is No account needed, just place your online order and we will have it shipped to you fully insured.
